Erwin Rossgoderer founded ISE Aviation Flight Training GmbH as a subsidiary of ISE Information Systems Engineering GmbH on September 1st, 2006.

Erwin Rossgoderer is a professional pilot and flight instructor. Erwin Rossgoderer was interested in aviation as a teenager. He built the first model airplane at the age of 10 years and already he had the knowledge of the basics of aerodynamic. At the age of 14, he flew together with a flight instructor in a glider in northern Franconia. He started motor driven aircrafts in the  mid-1970s. After acquiring the PPL(A) and the CPL(A) with Instrument rating, he acquired the Flight instructor (FI(A) for PPL (A) in the late 1980s. Today Erwin Rossgoderer holds the Instructor Rating (FI(A) for PPL (A), CPL (A), multi-engine aircraft (MEP), night qualification, instrument rating, TurboProps and jets.

He is also an Examiner (FE) for PPL (A) and a Class Rate Examiner (CRE) for MEP, SEP and a Type Rate Examiner for Beech KingAir C90 / 99/100/200.

Erwin Rossgoderer also is Mult Crew Coordination Instructor (MCCI) to work with a Multi-Crew on FSTD, FFS or FNPTs flight simulators.

Erwin Rossgoderer flew also at known Aviation Companies in Germany and foreign Country.

Alexander Zeug

Quality Manager und Flight Instructor FI(A)

Alexander Zeug started flying in 2008. He completed his training as a CPL (A) incl. Frozen ATPL at a commercial flight school. Due to the long training period for ATPL, Alexander Zeug was able to gain enough experience to acquire FI (A) for SEP (A) and VFR-Night.

Alexander Zeug is now flying a Beech KingAir 350 and a LerJet 60 at a known aviation Company.

Manfred Thonius

Flight Instructor FI(A) and Deputy Head of Training

Manfred Thonius began his flying career in 1979 with the PPL (A). After many flights in Germany and in foreign countries, he acquired instrument flight rating in early 1989. The commercial pilot license (CPL) followed in mid-1989. Manfred Thonius became a flight instructor just one year later. Many private and commercial pilots learned to fly with Manfred Thonius. Some of his students fly at known aviation companies now. Simultaneously Manfred Thonius got a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) for Beech KingAir 90/200 series. The German Aviation Administration (LBA) appointed Manfred Thonius as an examiner for KingAir 90/200 series and for SEP(land)-PIC-IR.

Manfred Thonius flew also at known aviation companies.
